These types of experiences ultimately bring in brand new perceptions and growth. However\, it’s a process in getting there. With Maureen Higgins of Wings of Freedom and Michelle Klisanich of Birch Cove\, we will talk about different types of transitions — loss due to death or loss of a dream due to a child or loved one struggling with mental and physical health or addiction — and other types of situations that challenge us to grow. DESCRIPTION:Join us for this unique\, immersive experience where you will deeply contemplate what it means to live a meaningful life.\n\n\nIn this session\, Michelle Kolling\, End-of-Life Doula and Grief Relief Coach\, will create a safe and sacred space to reflect on your life\, the identities you carry\, and what lies beyond those identities. You will be guided to complete a writing exercise and will then be compassionately led through a deep\, mortality meditation using guided imagery. As you are “brought back to life\,” there may be a shift in perspective that will renew your connection to Self and the world around you. Past participants have described the experience as transcendent\, profound\, and meaningful. All materials necessary for this experience will be provided. Participants will be asked to share a current photo and birthdate and are encouraged to bring a yoga mat.
